These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to all websites or webpages owned, operated, and maintained by, for, or on behalf of California Wildfire Help and its affiliated companies or vendors, including any websites where these Terms are linked (“Site”). Please read these Terms carefully. By using the Site, including filling out any form, calling any phone number, clicking on any link, and/or using any information provided, you agree to these Terms. These Terms include binding arbitration for dispute resolution and a waiver of your right to participate in a class action.
1. General Provisions
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, govern your use of the Site. If you enter into a separate agreement with us for specific services, that agreement will govern your relationship with us in connection with those services.
By accessing or interacting with the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms, you are not permitted to use the Site. The Site is intended solely for U.S. citizens and legal permanent residents who are 18 years or older. If you are not part of this intended audience, you are prohibited from accessing the Site.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If changes occur, we will notify you via a post on the Site and/or by email. By continuing to use the Site after the changes are posted, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms. We recommend checking this page periodically for updates.
You represent and warrant that you are the person you claim to be, and that you will comply with all applicable laws while using the Site.
2. Description of the Site and Services
The Site allows you to request contact from a legal service provider or its agents and request products or services (“Services”), which may include third-party service providers (“Third-Party Service Providers”). The information you provide on the Site may include, but is not limited to, your name, email address, telephone number, and other details requested in a form on the Site (“Site Registration Data”). The use of your Site Registration Data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
3. Truthful and Accurate Information
You represent and warrant that the Site Registration Data you provide is truthful, accurate, and pertains to you. You are the subscriber for any telephone number or email address provided, and you are a U.S. resident aged 18 or older. If your contact information changes, you must notify us immediately at info@californiawildfirehelp.org. You further represent that your submission is based on genuine interest in the Services offered and is not for the purpose of making a legal claim against us or a Third-Party Service Provider.
Failure to inform us of changes to your information or breach of these representations may subject you to indemnification for any resulting claims.
4. User Guidelines
You agree not to use the Site to transmit any communications that defame, abuse, harass, threaten, or otherwise violate the rights of others. You will not use the Site to engage in unlawful, harmful, vulgar, obscene, or discriminatory activities. You agree that any information you submit on the Site is made in good faith, based on a genuine belief that you or a loved one has been injured, and that you are seeking a remedy.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice or liability. Upon termination, we may, but are not obligated to, delete any information stored related to your use of the Site. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations you have under these Terms.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, warranties of title, merchantability, non-infringement, fitness for a particular purpose, and accuracy of information on the Site. We do not guarantee the availability, reliability, or security of the Site, and we disclaim responsibility for any downtime, errors, or issues in transmission of information.
We do not endorse or assume responsibility for any third-party product or service advertised or offered through the Site or any linked websites.
7. Our Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including images, text, graphics, and layout, are protected by copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any of the content without our express written consent.
8. E-Sign Consent
By submitting Site Registration Data or otherwise clicking “submit” on the Site, you electronically sign and consent to any terms or disclosures associated with the submission. Your electronic signature has the same effect as a physical signature on agreements and documents.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event will we or our affiliates, service providers, vendors, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from or related to these Terms or the Site. Our aggregate liability will not exceed $100. Some jurisdictions may not allow limitations on liability, so certain exclusions may not apply to you.
10. Dispute Resolution; Mandatory Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved through mandatory mediation and, if necessary, binding arbitration.
No disputes may be arbitrated as part of a class action, mass action, or representative action. By agreeing to these Terms, you waive any right to participate in class or mass actions.
11. Third-Party Service Providers as Third-Party Beneficiaries
Third-Party Service Providers are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms with respect to Sections 3 and 10.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any claims or disputes must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or services offered on those sites. We provide links as a convenience, and the inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement or responsibility.
15. Miscellaneous
These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and us. If any provision is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. We may assign our rights and obligations without notice, but you may not assign your rights without our consent.
